Return Policy

At Hana Organic Skincare, we take pride in the making and handling of our products along with our customer's satisfaction. If a product does not meet your standards, read below to see if you are eligible for a replacement or refund, so we can take care of you.

  • We will gladly accept returns on products purchased within 30 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returned items that were purchased at one of our retail locations, nor will our retail locations accept returned items purchased from our website.
  • We will only accept products in their original jars/containers.
  • Products completely used or tampered with will not qualify for a refund and determination will be entirely at our discretion.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

In order to ensure a full refund or replacement, email us at info@hanaorganicskincare.com with your order number and a brief description. We will review the email and notify you within 24 hours of approval. Once approved, we will contact you with mailing instructions. Customer is responsible for paying for own shipping costs or lost returns.
